Hi there,
I found your class on the PHPclasses website and I'm going to implement it on a website I'm working on right now. But I was wondering if you'll ever release those administration functions you talked about in the comments in your script and right here on these forums http://php.amnuts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=45.

I know it's always boring to work on old scripts but I think the FAQ Manager is rather incomplete and defenatly not living up to it's name without the administrative functions Surprised

Anyway, I could offcourse write a backend for it myself, but it's always better to have somebody else do the work for you Wink
And since you say you allready did the work I'm just hoping you find the time to adapt it a little and release it. I promise to rate it highly on PHPclasses if you do Very Happy

[edit]I want to add that I appreciate the work you did on it so far, and my comment about it being incomplete and not living up to it's name is totaly aimed at the script's name. It's a damn fine FAQ Browser! Razz[/edit]

Hi Kerberos, and welcome to the board!

*laughs* I totally agree with you, actually... The name is a little bit misleading in its current state. The script itself is a number of years old now, and I will probably just do a complete reprogramme of it to include a better structure of code and probably to use the PEAR DB class. Not sure when I'll be able to do this, as I currently have two other of my classes in a state of upgrade, which I should really finish first.... but we'll see!

Would PEAR DB pose a problem for anyone out there?

Andy
