Hi!
This script looks like exactly what I have been looking for. This is proably a stupid q I know, but is there a way to view and crop images on the users local harddrive and send the cropped image to the server? Rolling Eyes

Hi, and welcome to the board.

Because the system uses PHP, the only way you can get it to run locally is to have a web server with PHP running on your local machine. I personally use Apache and PHP on my WindowsXP box - works just fine.

Once you have it cropped on your local machine you could use a few ways to get it to your remote server... Open up an FTP connect from within PHP, for example. Or use something like XML-RPC to transmit the image. Or whatever takes your fancy (email and procmail filter, for example).

Regards,

Andy

...but thanks for you prompt reply. I may use it anyway after some tweaks, in combination with some other code I'm working on. I'll let you know.
