check it out. cause support around here seems virtually non existent i went on a search for another script and founc a MUCH better one at the url above, it resizes and crops and its marvellous, lots better than this one.
even though its image magic, its easily converted to use gd library, only took me a couple hours to work out how to do that, i could do it again in 10 minutes, i know how it works inside out now, best script ive found so far, go download it, lots better than this amnuts one. |

Hey; there's no need to be a dick about things. I've been in hospital for a while because of a blood clot I have in my leg. I've been on medication - both tablets and injects - for over a week now. There is only me doing support here, and if you don't like it then, well, that's your perogative. However, don't be a jerk and give consideration as to why there might not be support for a few days.
As for other scripts, that page you mentioned references this cropper:
http://www.defusion.org.uk/code/javascript-image-cropper-ui-using-prototype-scriptaculous/
Which is the core cropping interface - and a very nice one at that! The site you reference then adds the resizing bar almost straight from the sctiptaculous site. Which, by the way, is very handy for resizing many images at once in an image library kind of way.
My script wasn't ever designed for resizing - it was only ever intended for defining an area to crop. If I wanted to resize images then I'd use my resizing class not my cropping class. I made mine as something to integrate in to your own system, not a drop-in, do-everything, i-don't-have-to-think solution.
